i can’t get the NIF scripts to install to my computer. i’m installing from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/niftools/files/blender_nif_scripts/2.5.x/2.5.07/
and using the windows.exe file. i’ve downloaded the files but when i try to run the .exe it says i have to have blender installed and sends me to the install page for blender. I already downloaded and installed it but the message keeps popping up and it wont install the scripts… any suggestions?
What version of blender are you using and what version of python have you installed ?
python 2.7.1 and blender 2.57b
In the readme for the niftools in your link it says they are for blender 2.49b (if windows only 32bit version)
