Modeling these muscles must have been something.
I only feel that bones and teeth could be more dirty. As muscles look “fresh” and wet from blood, there could be more blood on it ?
But anyway if this is how it appears in nightmares 
Its incredible. But if you have the rendering time i would love to see the muscle get some sub surface scattering or more detail.
