Could someone confirm if I am right thinking that each uv in the NMFace.uv list is the same data from vert info? At first I thought that to support multi-texturing it would be face-specific but since Blender doesn’t support multi-uv texturing it can only be vert-uv info, right?

No, it’s definitly not the same. NFace’s UV are faces UV (what you get when you UV map a mesh). NVert’s UV are those you get with Sticky coordinates.
UV coordinates for UV mapping needs to be per faces, since the same vertex from two different faces doesn’t necesarely have the same UV coordinates (seams will do that for example).
