Hi, I’m having a problem: I’m getting no render output with images.
There are no image files being created in the folder I’ve specified in the filepath, or in the /tmp folder. For some reason I don’t have the problem when rendering video files, only images.

Usually I get around the problem by taking a screenshot of the rendered image, but this time I need to have alpha transparency.

I’m using Mac OS X (10.3.9) and Blender 2.45

I’m posting a screenshot of my render settings. If anyone can help with this I’d greatly appreciate it.

Hi,

Blender doesn’t save images automatically (unlike animations), so you need to use File>Save Image… or F3.

Images and animations are treated differently, eh?
Strange logic in my opinion, but whatever.
It works and I’m happy!
