No Scripts In Scripts Config Editor

I apologize if this one has already been answered, but I couldn’t find anything about it. I need to set the nif version value to 20.0.0.4 in my scripts config editor, but none of my scripts appear on the list. I checked the folder and everything seems to have been installed correctly. I ran Blender in debug and the only error message it gave me was: “BPyMenus error: Wrong ‘Name’ line: flt_filewalker.py” I honestly don’t have a clue what that means, but I checked and the file is there and I cannot perceive any problems with it.

I’ve no idea if I’ve done something to cause this or if I’m just confused. I’m trying to learn to develop mods for Oblivion and I’ve been advised by many people to use Blender. The walkthrough I’m using tells me to do this: “The Blender export scripts are configured to export Morrowind .nifs, version 4.0.0.2, not the required 20.0.0.4 version. Oblivion uses .nif version 20.0.0.5 actually, that’s one reason you can’t use the exported .nifs directly but have to put your mesh into existing .nifs. Open Blender; in Blender, set window type to Scripts Window; Scripts>System>Script Config Editor; set the nif version value to 20.0.0.4; apply, exit.” Just as a reference to the actions I was taking when I ran into my dilemma. Thank you in advance for any responses. I’m eager to get underway.
