No sound is playing while in Layout Mode (Windows11 problem, works under Win10)

Hello to all,

(Blender 4.1) I’ve placed a sound file on the Video Sequencer and no sound is playing when I’m playing the animation.

Any suggestions?

If you’re a Windows user, open the volume mixer to make sure the sound is locked.
I was locked out.

Hello Kim,

Yes, I’m a Windows11 user, my Window’s do not show “Blender 4.1” at the Volume Mixer.

Any different suggestion?

There’s sound settings in the Blender preferences, give those a check

I’ve just checked this issue under Windows10 and works just fine!

OK, the problem is solved. There is an issue with the BlueTooth, I’ve switched to Line-Out connection and the sound came back.
