So I’ve taken my first steps into 3D modeling… this is my first project so it’s bad, but pretty good, atleast I think, for a first try. So whenever I go into Game Mode some of my textures and her eyelashes disappear. What’s going on:

you forgot to “pack” the file ( and the textures)!
I’ve tried with some textures of mine, and it seems to work?
In my opinion its better to “apply” modifiers when working with the game engine!
