Is this something that has just happened recently, 'cause according to your profile you have given 30 of them. You “like” or give hearts to posts, not to artists or users

That is correct. As of this am I don’t have the heart icon next to the others per your example above.

Banned from giving liking? Especially without noticing member that some forum feature are removed for him?
Naaah, this don’t look as BA. I rather think that this is some glitch, technical issue. For example I sometime can’t see featured row. This occur couple days, then back to normal. Sometime I don’t get notification about post of people which I follow, or post which I bookmark as interesting. But this resolve in couple days. It’s dont think that @bartv or someone else randomly remove features, because… whatever.

I suspect the issue is that you simply reached your daily likes limit. Earning a higher Member tier such as TL3 or even TL4 (heh) will allow you a higher amount of daily likes.
