help!!! I just got rid of 7-zip, and now since my comp SHOULD have the default unzipper back(I use XP), it’s not! I can’t unzip my files now! And there aren’t any Zip file icons anymore, which is really driving me nuts since I can’t tell what’s what now, and it’s boring to look at!
Tell me, is there any way to restore it somehow, everything to defaults??
right click on a foo.zip file:
choose properties:
Opens with: [Change] <-- lcik change
Sleect form list or goto browse
tell me this: why get rid of 7zip?
yeah i am curious too.
Either 7z or Winrar should “always” installed on a computer. they are soo fantastic its not funny.

Just reinstalled the program, and learned something new about my system in the process; it seems i learn something new about the PC or Blender everyday now. I also disinstalled 7-zip so I could try out a different unzipper program, but I didn’t like the alternative, so now I’m sticking with the first one. I have also restored my icons again, which makes me happy.
