You can explore your activity by clicking on your avatar at the top right, then clicking on your nick name. Perhaps you mean this:

at the prompt there, enter: ./blender.exe --debug-gpu-force-workarounds

I recommend you try a Linux distribution, I have read that intel works better on Linux than on Windows.
