Non-Paintable Spikes

Alright, so am creating my first blender model and its a pain. I am into a loop of trial and error, no problem with that, the problem is that i cant find the sources of my errors. So let me get into the point

Auto weights just dont work for me, so i , i remade my whole model from scratch and ran into the same issue as before. Some weird un-paintable spikes appear whenever i move my armature , i cant subtract them at all. I have no idea whats going on and i would love it if someone can help me fix that. These spikes are deforming my mesh and turn it into an unfixable monstrocity.
