Hi. I’m new to Blender. I downloaded a model with shape keys, but when I change the values, nothing happens. Can someone please take a look at this file, and tell me what I’m doing wrong?

If the shape key has a purple color that means it’s activated by a driver. Click on the “Item” tab and expand the “Properties” section… the sliders there are what you are looking for.
Some of them are purple as you can see in the screenshot, but those aren’t the ones I need. I need the ones that aren’t colored. They’re the phonemes, face morphs, some body morphs, etc.
Also, there’s nothing under the properties tab except a shader named JillSkin.002 which isn’t a slider.
I don’t believe you’re doing anything wrong… this looks like a problem with the figure (and I believe you’re not the only one asking for it to be fixed).
As for the properties panel – which version of Blender are you using? I see all the sliders with 3.0.
I was looking on the wrong ‘side’ of the Properties panel. (It loaded with a different interface than what I’m used to.) Those ones do appear to work fine, but don’t have nearly the amount of options as the shape keys do.
I saw that one person mentioned that the face morphs didn’t work, but that the other ones did. Not sure if this is what they were talking about, or if they just don’t know how to get them to work either. Other than that, I didn’t see anyone complaining except one person mentioning that the arms and legs both move at the same time. I’m too much of a noob to know how to unlock those either (or if they even can be.)
