Ok I am coming back to using blender after taking a long time off after both my kids were born so I am brand new to using blender again(never was a pro to begin with lol).
I am trying to find a video tutorial or a tutorial that has pics showing how to set the settings to make a light turn on and off and sometimes have it do a strobe light effect. Can anyone point me in the right direction for this?? thanks in advanced.
You can set keyframes for light intensity by pressing I in the Lamp Subcontext of the Shading context with the lamp in question selected.
