hi i’ve been using blender now for a few months but have had no net so i have been using the noob to pro tutorials and this is my first animation of a gingerbread man

You need to have alot of elements working at once. I am a noob aninmator as well. I I have only been animating for about 2 - 2 1/2 months.
There are several books you could use.
If you want any titles, just let me know. 
It needs work such as better lighting so the scene isn’t as dark. It is a good first attempt.
Try a 3 point lighting setup.
1st time ??? then its ok …try William Richards animation survival kit book
and try again you will surely learn many things from it
