normal extrusion

I’m trying to make the facade of a house.

Is it possible to extrude multiple faces along their individual normals? Or, do I have to wok on them individually? I’m trying to make several windows.

Alt+E, individual centers or something similar. To scale them down afterwards you will need to change your rotation point to “individual origin” in the dropdown at the bottom of the viewport.
