Normal map baking problem

Hello everyone,
I have problem with baking normals in blender.I made my high poly mesh with cloth simulation and converted to low poly with meshlab,but when I try to bake from high to low I get weird picture,like it is making seams on low poly object edges.
It happened few times already and I still haven’t found the solution.

Ensure you have set both the high and low poly objects to smooth shading
