Normal map bugged out [2.8]

So i am trying to turn the rifle stock into low poly and i baked some normal maps
then i applied the baked normal map into the low poly model and it turned out like this
when i rotate view some faces turn dark and some turned white, how do i fix this?
EDIT : the lower model is high poly while the upper one is low poly
this is my first time turning things into low poly so i am kinda confused by the tutorials

If the map is changing as you rotate the object, it sounds like it’s not reacting to an actual UV map.

Oh my godness, i was actually following this damn tutorial and it didn’t tell me to save the normal map, and yes i saved it now and now it works. Thanks for the help.
