Normal map creating weird seme between texture

Having an issue. I bought a model off hum 3d (ill link below). And there seems to be a seme on the sole of the shoe where the texture gets darker. It seems to be linked to the normal map uv map. I looked at it and dont see any real difference between the 2 parts of the sole. What could be causing one part of it to be darker than the other part? ill link the highlighted uv map below
