Normal Map Problem

When I normal an object, it goes pink in the textured view and shows solid white in the game. I changed the bump method and all but the compatible do this. And compatible doesn’t show any sign of normal mapping. Yes, I am in GLSL.

texture - image sampling -press normal map on.
