Normal mapping/materials question (please help)

Ok so I have assigned two seperate materials to one surface and applied a different normal map on each.
The first material works fine… the normal map displays as it should :eyebrowlift:
For some reason the second material with the other normal map does not show :frowning:
So in a way the first material is displaying while the second one is not, why??

How can I export multiple uv layers?
When I export the .OBJ it only exports the first ‘Tirewear’ one and does not export the other? why?
How can I export multiple uv layouts to an .OBJ?
I need it for the Bunkspeed hypershot renderer.
