Normal Mapping

I have a normal mapped object in .obj format. Is there a way I can render it in blender ? Or YAFR ?

to use a texture as a nornal map, simply load it into one of the texture channels for your object, and in materials buttons, set the mapping from ‘col’ to ‘nor’

you have to modify the source to use nor-mapped textures as normal maps

they are treated as greyscale bump maps now, a blue [tangent space] normal map, or colorful [object space, or world space] will not work in blender the way it is currently configured.
