Normal transfer and incorrect lighting in Eevee

Here’s a 2 spheres where small one have normals transfered from bigger one.
This is how it looks like in “Solid” rendering:

Why its broken inside eevee and how to fix it?

I can’t say I have ever seen a problem like that. I would need to see the scene to tell what is going on.
