Normalize and Offset F-Curves

A quick question:

Is there a way or some kind of modifier trick that can Offset F-Curve in time?

Secondly, this is related to my Sound Driven Animation, I would like to Normalize F-Curve from whatever min and max value it has originally to 0 to 1 (normalized). Or even better into new min and max value.

So far, the solution I have is to use Drivers to kind of trick this roughly.

to map values on regular f-curves you can try Envelope modifier…
