normalmap baking issue

I think something is wrong with backing normalmaps in blender. Look at this picture:

please tell me which normalmap is correct, and why there are differences between 2.57 and 2.56? I think gimp plug-in doing this correctly and blender should do the same and now in 2.56 flips x-axis and 2.57 flips y-axis in normalmap :eek:

Ok, i made test normalmap in gimp:

It looks that new Blender release doing this correctly and Gimp plug-in don’t :o
