Normals in Blender correctly oriented, export to ZBrush normals reversed?

Hello! I am having an issue exporting a .FBX to Zbrush. All my normals are correctly oriented in Blender, but when I import my model into Zbrush the normals are flipped on some of my sub tools.

Am I exporting incorrectly?
