getting this weird problem with normals. i have the high and low poly but when i bake the normals look nothing like the highpoly(on the left). I recalculated normals and applied the subsurface.
Have you physically checked your face normal directions, any duplicate vertices, ensure no ngons
You haven’t supplied a blend file (please do so) !
In your file you are baking to Object normal maps, change to Tangent Normal maps
In the top image it looks like you have change the Bias value in the bake panel to zero (default is 0.001)
i tried this and the normal comes very pixelted towards the edges, even with a high res image
