Hello. I’ve joined this site on 2017, with more than 400 posts and I’m still considered a new user, so it appears that because of this I can’t create threads on some sections.
Is this correct or it is a bug?

I checked your account; the ‘New User’ title was a remainder of the old forum software and didn’t mean anything anymore - I have removed it. You have normal access, I think what you’re experiencing is that you can’t post in some top-level categories like #artwork - you must select a child category like #artwork:finished-projects first.
