Seems like you have to hit reload for some reason, something about my website ? normally they work fine here, well, thanks for trying
All I am trying to say here really in a spirt of fun is that I don’t consider this a “stylized” human and I don’t think SSS is the only way to do the human form, given my method’s I can’t enter the blending life contest which is the point of the title, I don’t mean to sound negative but I am a bit disappointed because I think the rules are backwards, I have never done myself or seen anything done with SSS that did not look cartoonish, or “stylized,” I think to work towards a photo realistic human a physical simulation of skin is needed and most of all unbiased rendering, which means depth of absorption mixed with reflection, not sub-surface-scattering which has nothing to do with how skin works imo and really is just adding “noise” to a image without really simulating how light interacts with skin, I am NOT saying I got it right this time, but I am also not giving up, I think she looks great considering.
Best regards to all the people that did enter, again, this is all in fun, really, if it seems like I am attacking anyone its my fault for not communicating well enough.

LOL!
I can not see the image (( I can see it!)) ![]()
Dude I like the apples and the way you did the sky, very very nice, Hoh look there is … ho no! my bad! :evilgrin:
I like it, If you know what I mean, yap it is fun!
if it seems like I am attacking anyone
no no, not really, at lest not my understanding…
Great model, nice skin!
However, please give her more expressive eyes.
Also, the neck looks weird all twisted up like that.
heh, I had the neck peer reviewed because I wanted a extreme pose.
30th vertebra.
The eyes are a interesting issue, again back to simulating vs making them “look right,” besides, she is also meant be harsh and not really project sexuality or accessiblity…the light map has some really high contract too so I wonder if that might be effecting things, I am tempted to redo this one using “studio” lighting too because its hard to see the “art-deco” helmet…
I am glad you like the apples
<shakes fist at ISP>
Here is “Alice” in her final scene, titled “Drink Me…” of course
