hi this is something i made during my vacations, its a logo for a surfwear company called made for… surf . I hope you like my tiny litle short animation, ps i played it under linux so i think that nobody will have problems viewing it ;P.
wow, this has so much potential to be really great
the overall presentation like colouring, background, camera movement and that “slot-mo bit which didnt quite work” threw it off quite a lot but the water part and the changing texture on the logo was really good
hi, you are right the background is far from perfect i wanted to give a underground mood to it, i could improve a lot on textures in general but i dont have enough time and this was done really fast, if i go to use it for real i will rerender and change it a bit, that slow bit in the end was only an effect that i liked and wanted to put it into practice also to give it a bit more time :D, thanks for your comments they were really apreciated.
bump, in fact i remade the fire part in post production using the new displace node to add the desert effect, it is very subtle i hope someone note:
