Novint support?

I recently picked up a Novint Falcon, and while it’s a cool toy, it’s not all that useful… yet.
Is anybody working on support it for blender yet? The only reason I ask, is that I’ve started work on an input library to allow various devices to plug into a program (in this case blender), but I don’t want to double up work if someone else is adding this functionality already. (When I say other devices, I also plan to support the 3d Connexion space navigator, and in future even things like the Wiimote or PS3 sixaxis…)
The other thing this library would be for is to allow mapping of input channels to program functions, though some of this might already be part of the 2.5 interface refactor…
