Numpad "." KEY doesn't center camera on object.

That’s it. I’m running Blender 2.46 under Windows Vista. I migrated to Vista + Blender 2.46 yesterday. Before that I was modeling on Ubuntu + Blender 2.45.

What happens is that I select an object (or part of a mesh) and press NUMPAD “.”, but nothing happens.

Was it a hotkey change in this new version? (Can’t exactly remember if I ever did the camera operation in this new version yet.)

EDIT: Just so I get informed, even if you can’t help me but you are also running Vista + Blender 2.46 and your NUMPAD “.” key does center on object, please tell me so I’ll be sure it’s not a hotkey remap for the new version.

funny, it works just fine for me… Maybe you accidentally turned of your numlock key?

Hmm… It’s working on my NUMPAD “,” key, not the “.” one. Maybe it was changed in this last version. Or maybe it has something to do with my brazilian keyboard :D. Well I didn’t have that problem in Ubuntu, but I remember that when I ALT+TAB’ed from Blender into OpenOffice.org once, my keyboard was changed to US type. So maybe that has something to do with it.

Anyway. It’s working at the “,” key for me now. Well let me get used to this. I keep wanting to hit the “.” key.

Thanks!
