Nurb curve geometry extrude uni-polar......... possible?

Hi folks,

Imagine i have a nurbs curve and in the geometry tab i tweak the extrude setting.

Normally it will extrude in a bi-polar fashion. I mean it will extrude equally in opposite directions from the curve.

But actually it would often be useful if one could perform a uni-polar extrude, meaning it would only extrude in one direction from the curve.

Anyone have any ideas how one might achieve this?

Try using a solidify modifier?

If you figure out a way without a modifier, let me know, because that would be much, much better :slight_smile:
