NURBS and Select Control Point Row

Hi,

A question about selecting control point rows with NURBS surfaces.

I’m using shift-R having selected a vertex - and it doesn’t work. I was working through the mouse tutorial. But no joy :frowning:

I’m using 2.35. Anyone got any ideas? I’ve done a search of the forums and the normal websites and google.

Help!

In edit mode you need to select 1 cv, then Shft-R for (maybe) X direction and Shft-R again to swap to Y.

I’ve just had a revelation: I usually use ‘b’ (bounding box?) to select a point. I’m careful to just select one point (i.e. quite often there will be cv’s behind as well). It doesn’t work this way. (It doesn’t work when you do ‘bb’ either. )

However it does work when you do right click (which I normally use for object selection).

Is this intended operation or a bug?

Thanks for the help!

No, you should be able to use B and BB, I can. There seem to be a rash of complaints lately (since 2.35) about Box-Select.
