Nurbs - how to occlude control points?

Hi all,

I’ve asked the question before to no avail, but here goes - is there any way at present to occlude the control points on a nurbs cage that shouldn’t be visible from your current view? Same notion as toggling the viewport occlude on and off for a regular mesh. If the button is there I haven’t found it.

The only way I know is to go into ‘object’ mode. The control lines only show in ‘edit’ mode.
