.OBJ --- Blender export to 3DS-Max

I have created a model in Blender and want to open it up in 3DS-Max.

I have tried exporting to .obj, however when imported into 3DS-Max, the model is complete deformed and crushed!

When exporting to a .3ds file, 3DS-Max says that it’s an “improper file format”.

Can someone please help me?! :o

I think .fbx or collada (.dae) are probably best to get data into Max.
