Object go down to fast: need different landing (simetrical trajectory)

At the moment iam almost satisfied with the current logic brick setup for my up/down motion (click link for .blend):

I said “almost” because the object go down to fast… I need it to decribe an arc trajectory when the sensor (space bar) is not pressed… So the elevation trajectory will be “mirrored” with the landing trajectory…

By the way this is a prototype for an old airplane flying. I pretend to keep controls and visuals very simple (arcade/cartoon).
