Object to armature problem

Hello, can someone tell me how can I connect the position of and object to position of armature bone?

So to describe a little bit more, i have arm with armature in int already connected to it also, now i animated one independet object (cube) and now I want to connect it to first bone of an arm so the object can (while changing position) change also position of an arm?
