Objects look broken and textures does not show

Hi, out of nowhere objects I append or create in Blender start to look like attached, It does not look right in any view modes. picture
Does anyone know why it could be? I updated my gpu drivers but still the same problem continues.

It looks like a clipping problem. What are the minimum and maximum clip values of your viewport?

Hi, well it is not related to clipping unfortunately:( I tried that. When I change viewport shading, everything gets broken somehow.

Ok it is solved now, I updated Blender and it worked
