Good evening,
i am trying to apply the ocean modifier to a spherical plane that i have made. The mesh was done by extruding a circle inwards.
However the geometry the modifier spits out is quiet that pleasing i would have wished. Waves are constrained to the center. Obviously this can’t be avoided since the loops are aligned like that inherently.
Is there a better way to quickly do some waves on a spherical plane?
Or should i start with a square plane and then cut it to a circle with a boolean?
Suggestions please!
