Odd Noisy Reflections In Render After Adding Light

Ello Blender-Friends!

I’m a noob here so go easy on me!

Below are two photo renders showcasing my issue/lack of knowledge.

It seems whenever I add a light to the general space around my model (my model is sitting in a 3 wall cube corner), whether it be spot or point, it creates this really weird texture/shadow all around my render (I cannot see this in my workspace) - and if I turn the light off in the render, while having my jukebox in a dark room looks better, I don’t know why the reflections on the glass have this weird staticy grain. Maybe this reflection/shadow/texture is there regardless of the light and something to do with my camera, model, or file in general? Maybe render settings? I thought it was a bounce off the ceiling but it does it with and without a material over it.

Any tips/tricks? Happy to share my file as well!

Thanks.
