I am designing a office desk for on my own room.
Of course with blender. And later export to acad.
I am planning to build it this year in the summer holidays.
How do you guys like it.
The glass has to be tweaked.
And i still have to work on the tube materials but i can’t get it rigth this far.
Anyone got some tips?
nice desk, are you going to build anykind of hutch? to put your blender manuals and stuff?
are the tubes supposed to be plastic or metal?
for plastic a high spec gives a nice feel and the highlight color should be a lighter color of the tube.
Is it going to have drawers? that seems to be missing. otherwise a very nice looking desk 
Cool desk the image looks good except a chunk of glass missing in the middle.
I don’t have enough blender manuals to build a hutch for (got only 2). But I’ll think i will create some office stuff with the same look when i have the money to make it. (and the place to put them all in)
Didn’t think about that yet. Maybe i will, maybe i won’t.
The tubes are metal/steel. The materials i got from the matlib v1.01. I just have the problem that there is are white lines on the tube. Maybe i need to smooth the tube to make ik look more round.
There is a piece of glass missing you saw that right. It would be to expesive to cut glass that way. Maybe i’ll find something to solve that.
