Ogre XML script error

I get this error when trying to export to the ogre xml format

I’m using the new 2.40. I also have added the environment variables for the installed 2.4 Python per instructions and rebooted thinking it might be it, but it wasn’t. I am still getting this error when trying to export my mesh.

Anyone have any ideas what I need to do?

Looks like a programming error; either in the script or in the Blender BPy code. It is not a Python install problem.
