I recently joined up so I have to get my ratio up. I uploaded 6 torrents, so hopefully it won’t be too long. I haven’t gotten 5gb yet so I’m safe for right now.
Whenever I get Power User status I should have a contest here for invites haha…

Ya, it has pretty much everything, and it’s all above 196kpbs. A lot of it is lossless.
My ratio’s almost up to 1.0. I fucked up big time by downloading something that I thought was going to be popular, and then it totally backfired on me.
The reason it’s so hard to get a good ratio is because there’s a lot of seeders and very few leechers.
I’m lucky in that since I’m mainly into classical, a lot of my CDs haven’t been posted, so I can submit a lot of new torrents.
And you know what, screw the contest. You and Sutabi will get invites.
I’ll make a thread when I reach Power User+ level and give out the remaining 2 invites to the first people to show me good ratios from other sites. I have a 23.00 on demonoid.com, which is what got me the oink invite.

Yeah, I’m a member too. been on there for a few months now.
Its a great torrent, but as valarking said, its hard to get your ratio up.
Yeah, what’s worse is that I listen mainly to classical music, so it’s a fairly narrow niche.
I’ve been a member at the site for about two years, but over the last 6~10 months loads of kiddies have turned up started posting stupid bitrates. My SR isn’t too hot ATM, but considering I still have to DL about 10 gig to push it under 1:1, it’s not that bad really.
If anyone wants an invite, pm your ideal bitrate for mp3 media (I’ll use this to decide if I want you there or not) and an email address.
I joined about a year and a month or two ago… Love the site. Nothing like getting good quality stuff. I would have to agree with Craven, there has definitely been a rise in lame stuff being posted. With all of the long hours of uploading I’ve earned many invites. If anyone is interested, like Craven said pm me with your email and ideal bitrate. Also you have to make an oath not to get banned (ever!).

Craven, there’s a minimum level of 192, so it’s not like Demonoid where people are upping 128kbps and lower at least.
A lot of my stuff is 256 to 320.
Most of the lossless stuff I’ve acquired is .ape though so I can’t up it.

I don’t get it how you guys are eager to upload cuzz I’m like stuck with 25kbps upload download is more the thenfold of that, so if i start uploading I can’t browse annymore.
Don’t you guys have such stupid uploadspeed limits? Or is it just my adsl provider?
Because we get banned if out ratio drops too far below 1.0.
