Just completed the trailer itself. The environment and site itself is next. All foliage is currently just placeholders; and much more detail will go into the scene itself including proper composition.

The leaking stains near the roof are too uniform. I suggest you make more variations. It’s looking good actually
Just curious… are the “windows” supposed to be plastic or screens? If screens I feel like you need to revisit them. Not sure if you were using a reference image of some kind, but the wheels seem a little small to me. You could also add those turning mechanisms (forget what they are called) that jack the front up so they can be connected to a hitch. A couple of folding chairs outside and even a firepit could further add to the scene.

I agree with Stark Designs about the leaking stain falling from the roof…too easy to find the repeating texture.
