Old question, Cycles and support of out of core technologie like Octane / Redshift renderer

Hi,

I read that Cycles have out of core technology but seems it’s not like in Octane or Redshift cause still have out of vram in some scenes.

So my question is : Does Cycles have a real out-of-core rendering technology that avoid a out of vram errors but just slow down the renderer (but still faster than cpu) or is it partially supported ? Or I need to but a variable in true position to enable it ?
