As you can see only with the buffered shadow does the light cone also somewhat show up. Does anybody have an idea what the problem can be?
I’ve run into a similar problem too. I’m not sure what causes it to happen either, but I’m sure the issue stems from the non-exact nature of the shadow buffer algorithm. My solution to fixing the problem was to soften the edge of the light and make the area the light affects larger, which helps hide it, not remove it unfortunately.
