is there a magic button that only catches shadows, becouse i want a match move video and i want the surface to have a shadow of the 3d model is this possible?

Yes, it’s possible, use the “only shadow” button (located in the Shaders tab within the Shading menu).
If you search for Blender Compositing you will find some good tutorials, I recommend using a node setup.
