How do you make an Opal Stone texture?

Hi, i’m just using Blender for hobby purpose and i’m not a professional artist, but i like it very much to render gemstones and similar stuff. So i found this thread and followed along several tutorials to end up with this result of my attempt to imitate an opal material. However, i’m very unhappy with the “in motion” behavior of this material, cause i miss some kind of volumetric effect of the colors inside the object. I just have no idea how to fix that.
