opengl setings

Is there any opengl settings withes blender it self.

I am having problems working with my bitmap textures in the 3d viweport. It looks like I am using a 10 pixel X 10 pixel map when I am working at a lot higher resolutions. Is there a setting that makes allows your textures to be viewed at higher resolution in the 3d viewport. I have alerady maxed out my settings with my open gl drivers. ( ATI vers. )


If you don’t use uv mapping, the texture resolution in the viewport depends on the level of subdivision/surbsurf. Not sure if that’s exactly what you mean.
