OpenGL simple water test

Getting to grips on what Current Blender has and does not have for it’s 3d view and game engine.

atm Game engine and 3d view seem to not animate alpha ipos
Which makes a cut through difficult.

Of course moving waves is not possible without some sort of cycling. Like a normal map, or animated movie file.

A zbuffer bug. Selecting a mesh without alpha behind a mesh with alpha jumps to the front of the image. So fade outs are not possible atm.
